Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this site and the video experiences delivered by VidThanks.

By recording or submitting a video, you confirm that you have the right to share its contents and that you grant VidThanks permission to store, process, and — where you have agreed — display it as part of the service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. VidThanks may remove content or restrict access at its discretion.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
